Why I built Foregrade
I started selling on TikTok Shop in 2024 and within two months I'd lost over $2,000 to auto-approved returns I didn't even know about. Seller Center showed revenue but hid the real cost of fees and returns — and it didn't watch which buyers were abusing returns across orders. I built Foregrade because I needed to see the truth, and so does every other US TikTok Shop seller.
